Applying Protocol

Step 1 - Applicant Applies for the Position

  • Accesses the desired job listing webpage and reviews the contents.

  • Selects the Apply for this Job button from the job listing webpage.

  • Enters, selects, and uploads information appropriately before submitting their application into the Company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This can include:

    • First and Last Name.

    • Email Address and Phone Number.

    • Home Address.

    • Resume and Cover Letter.

    • Date Available.

    • Desired Pay.

    • Social Network Profiles and Website.

    • Highest Education Obtained.

    • Referrals and References.

    • Standard Hiring Questions.

    • Applicant’s Gender, Ethnicity, Disability, or Veteran status (Optional).

      • This data is not available in the applicant’s profile. Data is grouped in with all other applicants and is for generating Hiring reports only.

  • The application has been added to the Company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Step 2 - Application Arrives

  • Upon successfully being submitted by an applicant, their application will appear in the Company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    • The ATS will assign the applicant a Candidate Status of New.

      • While the applicant’s Candidate Status remains New their name and information will appear in bold, even when their application is viewed.

Step 3 - Applicant Receives Confirmation Email
