Training
Dow Aero (“Company”) is committed to ensuring that comprehensible training is provided to all employees, with the strive of:
Providing individuals an equal opportunity as an effective contributor to the workplace;
Supplying detailed instructions for thoroughly, safely, and ethically conducting job responsibilities; and
Fulfilling statutory and regulatory requirements.
Recordkeeping
Completed employee training and testing results are to be added to the Company’s Learning Management System (LMS), currently TalentLMS, by appropriate management or in-house training instructors. All training and testing records added to an employee’s profile will remain available to the employee, the employee’s direct and indirect manager(s), and appropriate Human Resources representatives for three (3) years after termination of employment. Other approved individuals and departments may have select training and testing records for the same period of time as previously stated; including training instructors, or Quality Assurance, Information Technology, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) department personnel.
Additional Regulatory Requirements
These policies are to primarily serve as an overall Company-wide standard for employee training. Certain departments and/or job functions may have additional regulatory requirements that necessitate the need for supplemental training policies or procedures.
