Update Contact Information in BambooHR
Recently gain a new phone number or change of email address? The following will assist you with modifying your contact information from the BambooHR web portal and mobile app.
Modifying Contact Information from Web Portal
Login to your BambooHR profile from any web browser.
Select the My Info tab near the top of the page.
Select your Personal tab (if not already selected).
Scroll down to the Contact fields (if necessary).
Enter/select the appropriate information for the provided phone and email fields.
Select the Save Changes icon that appears at the bottom of the page.
Unless Human Resources, you will see a brief notification box on the top of the page notifying you that the request has been submitted.
Human Resources will receive this request, review, and approve the requested change to your contact information. You will be notified once a request has been approved, or may be contacted by Human Resources if more information is needed to process the request.
Modifying Contact Information from Mobile App
Login to your BambooHR profile from your mobile device (Android or iOS).
Select the Employee’s tab at the bottom of the app.
Scroll down to your name in the employees list and select.
You may also use the search feature instead of scrolling.
Scroll down to the Contact field (if necessary).
Enter/select the appropriate information for the provided phone and email fields.
Select the Save icon at the top-right of the app.
Unless Human Resources, you will see a brief notification box on the top of the page notifying you that the request has been submitted.
