Update Company Equipment

Recently gain a new phone number or change of email address? The following will assist you with adding/modifying equipment from the BambooHR web portal.

Add/Modify Equipment from Web Portal

  1. Login to your BambooHR profile from any web browser.

  2. Select the My Info tab near the top of the page.

  3. Select your Equipment tab (if not already selected).

  4. Scroll down to either the Asset Items or Personal Protective Equipment fields (based on what you’re updating).

    • Asset Items: Company assigned equipment such as a laptop, key, access card, etc.

    • Personal Protective Equipment: Respirators, protective glasses, or spray booth suit.

  5. Enter/select the appropriate information for the provided fields.

    • If item does not have a serial or model number the field may be left blank.

  6. Select the Save icon that appears at the bottom of the field box.

    • Unless Human Resources, you will see a brief notification box on the top of the page notifying you that the request has been submitted.

    • Human Resources will receive this request, review, and approve the requested change to your equipment. You will be notified once a request has been approved, or may be contacted by Human Resources if more information is needed to process the request.
