Operating Bench Mounted Chop

  1. Before starting make sure you wear your safety glasses, googles, or face shield.

  2. Do not wear loose clothes, long hair, or dangling jewelry that will get trap by the spinning cutting wheel.

    • This may cause serious injury.

  3. Make sure power cord and guards are equip with unit.

    • Check the power cord for cuts or broken connector.

  4. Before using the chop saw, adjust the vise to hold the pipe or piece of metal that you are going to cut.

  5. Make sure the line where it needs to be cut matches the wheel cutting position.

    • Warning: Do it before powering the chop saw.

  6. When you are ready to cut, power the saw and lower the cutting wheel to cut the metal.

  7. During the cutting, make sure do not force or overload the saw.

  8. When you finish the cut let off the trigger and return the saw to position the resting position.

  9. Repeat cutting procedure if you have several pieces.

  10. Always review your owner manual to check the cutting capacity of the chop saw.
