Referring employee must complete, at minimum, 1 year of employment with Dow from referral hire date. If employment with Dow is less than 1 year from referral hire date, then referring employee may be subject to reimbursing referral fee back to Dow. Personnel Transfers
Personnel transfers must be submitted to notify Human Resources of a need to move an employee from one position to another within the company. These transfer requisitions will be prepared by the prospective role’s direct and/or indirect manager and will need to include the following:
Review of current job posting for position being transferred into.
To include review of the following:
The positions job title and department.
The listing’s opening position summary.
Position’s essential functions.
Individual’s competencies.
Management/Supervisory responsibilities.
Primary work environment.
Position’s physical demands.
Expected employment status.
Permitted working days and hours.
Travel requirements for the role.
Required education and experience for the position.
Preferred education and experience for the position.
Is the new position Safety Sensitive or Non-Safety Sensitive?
Will the transfer involve a pay increase/decrease? If so, please provide a suggested new pay rate.
(Pay rates will be evaluated by Human Resources to ensure they are in compliance with current available pay ranges.)
When submitting a transfer requisition, the requester will also need to provide reasoning for the request as well as a desired timeframe in which the transfer should occur.
